Digital Specialty Chemicals specializes in the scale-up and manufacture of organophosphorus intermediates and electronic-grade organometallics. Phosphines, phosphine ligands, phosphonate esters, phosphorylating agents (for oligonucleotide synthesis) are manufactured in multi-kilogram to metric ton quantities at our ISO 9001 and 14001 certified production facility in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Manufacturing equipment includes, glass lined reactors up to 200 gallons (operating temperature range -100C to +250C), molecular, fractional and spinning band distillation units, Rosenmund filter dryers and high pressure reactors. Digital Specialty Chemicals not only handle air-, moisture- and temperature-sensitive materials on a daily basis, but also have a broad knowledge of packing and advising our customers on handling sensitive materials. Analytical equipment used includes NMR, GC, KF, IR and HPLC.
