F.I.S. - Fabbrica Italiana Sintetici S.p.A. develops and manufactures API's, advanced intermediates and fine chemicals for the pharmaceutical industry. FIS is one of the largest providers of contract manufacturing services, with a full cGMP site in Montecchio Maggiore (Northern Italy) containing 1,115 m3 production capacity, and a site in Termoli (Southern Italy), containing 340 m3 production capacity. FIS offers its partners an integrated service from R&D to full scale production, from grams to tons, through a full cGMP Pilot Plant with 30 m3 of total capacity. FIS has a more than 40 years' experience in FDA inspections the last one, on May 2005, was successfully passed without any FDA Form 483 observation.
