Our High Point, NC site is 100% dedicated to custom and toll chemical synthesis and related physical transformations including emulsions, dispersions and solid / liquid blending. We have competency in a wide variety of chemical processes including esterification (polyesters and sensitive reactive esters among others), radical polymerizations (emulsion and solution), quaternization, phosphate esterification, imidazoline synthesis and chlorination. Our High Point site is ISO 9001:2000 Certified and an EPA establishment for production of regulated products such as biocides. We are an intermediate scale production site with a variety of reactors and mix tanks ranging from 600 to 6000 gallons. Glass lined and stainless steel equipment, most with high temperature (up to 260 C), low vacuum and fractional distillation capabilities. Solids handling, includes flaking, ribbon blending, centrifugation and filtration. We have a fully staffed laboratory and pilot plant facilities available.
