KemFine provides its partners world-class, confidential and exclusive custom manufacturing and related services in three business segments: agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals and specialties. The two sites in Kokkola, Finland and Grangemouth, Scotland offer over 1200 m3 of reactor capacity, with specialized equipment such as two cryogenic reactors (down to -100C), a buss-loop reactor and thin-film short-path distillation unit. The strong asset base is supported by a variety of technologies, such as lithiation, cyanogen chloride chemistry and epoxidations via sulphur ylids. The extensive pilot facilities offer rapid and flexible scale-up services for development projects. Environmentally friendly and efficient waste treatment is guaranteed by a biological effluent treatment plant and on-site incinerator.
