With the resources of its facilities located in Tucson, AZ and Houston, TX, PCI manufactures materials from gram scale to tanker quantities - enabling a seamless transition from the lab to market through various stages of scale-up. The Tucson facility specializes in R&D services, process development, specialty polymer synthesis and smaller scale production while the Houston facility provides unique distillation capabilities, monomer synthesis and larger scale production. In addition, Polymer Chemistry is the sole producer of AQUAZOL water-soluble polymers. AQUAZOL (polyoxazoline) is used in a variety of products including adhesives, ceramics, coatings, DPI, HI&I, metal quench and personal care products - and wherever high-temperture-stable water-soluble polymers are required. They are supplied directly and through strategic alliances with ISP and other partners.
