Regis Technologies is a privately held manufacturer of APIs and high value intermediates. We specialize in process development and scale-up of complex, multi-step syntheses. Regis has Process Development, Analytical Method Development and Stability departments, which allow Regis to support our customers’ projects from initial development, scale-up, and validation through commercialization. GMP capabilities range from small glassware to 500-gallon reactors and include large-scale, multi-kilo purification using gravity column chromatography. Regis also offers Supercritical Fluid Chromatography (SFC) Preparative Separations group, to provide separation services from milligram to low kilogram quantities under GMP or non-GMP conditions. Regis also holds proprietary Pirkle type chiral technology. Regis has completed multiple validations and is the approved commercial manufacturer of several drug substances. Expansion plans in 2008 include building new QC and AMD laboratories.
